Overview

The Business School Research Centre, with the mission of advancing knowledge promotes interdisciplinary research for key areas of business and management, contributing significantly to academia, industry, and society at large.

We are committed to nurture a culture of innovation, intellectual curiosity, and impactful scholarship. Therefore, our research initiatives push the boundaries of traditional business thinking and strive to identify novel solutions to complex challenges faced by society and industries.

For this end our research centre focuses on diverse areas, including, international business, organisational behaviour, innovation management, entrepreneurship and technology, supply chain management, and more. By blending academic rigor with real-world relevance, our findings contribute to shaping a more sustainable, ethical, and resilient business environment.

Initiatives to Promote Publications: With the mission of becoming a hub to promote high impact publications and industry reports we have launched a series of workshops for the business school community to provide essential knowledge related to research fundamentals and methodologies.

Industry Partnership and Solutions: Collaboration is key to our success. Therefore, we actively seek and foster partnerships with leading businesses, bridging academia and the industry. Through collaborative projects, and consultations we develop practical solutions to address the evolving needs of the business world. Subsequently, this allows us to make a tangible impact on various fronts, from influencing policy decisions to shaping best practices in the corporate world.

Educational Enrichment: The research centre plays a vital role in enriching the educational experience for students. This provides an opportunity for students to engage with our faculty members, participate in research projects, and gain hands-on experience. This educational enrichment fosters a deeper understanding of the subject matter while equipping students with practical skills and insights that extend beyond the confines of a classroom.
