The Board of Management is responsible for corporate governance of the Institute. It establishes the strategies, policies, quality standards and objectives. The Board has the overall responsibility for directing the operations of the institute by ensuring the effective management of the organisation and its operations; and by monitoring the activities to ensure they are in line with the vision, mission, principles, objects and corporate values of APIIT Lanka.
