Zafra Razik holds a Master’s degree in Linguistics from the University of Kelaniya and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Peradeniya. Having over 18 years of experience in teaching English for Academic Purposes (EAP) at the University of Peradeniya, one of the most prestigious universities in the country, she has developed a deep understanding of the language challenges faced by undergraduates. In addition to her responsibilities of teaching EAP to undergraduates, Zafra is also dedicated to training students for international language proficiency tests, such as IELTS and OET.
Her expertise lies in empowering learners with the necessary skills to excel in both academic and professional environments. She employs innovative teaching methodologies to engage students, fostering an interactive classroom atmosphere that encourages critical thinking and effective communication.
