Ms. Shalika Ariyasena completed her bachelor’s at University of Peradeniya. With extensive experience as a former coordinator and trainer for international academic curricula, she brings both expertise and dedication to education, particularly in teaching and curriculum development. Alongside a solid background in English language and literature, guiding international academic programmes, she instills her passion for ELT industry. She is particularly interested in applying innovative and integrative methods to support multilingual learners. Currently, she is pursuing her Master’s in TESL at the Open University, Sri Lanka. Her topics of interest include ELT theory and practice, post-colonial studies and interdisciplinary approaches in teaching
