Dharshan Cooray has 21 years of corporate sector experience out of which 13 years were in Management/C-level and Executive Director positions. He was employed in education, apparel, exports, business consultancy, ICT/BPO and research industries. He has 10 years’ visiting lecturing experience at seven local and internationally affiliated institutions. He has been a guest lecturer/Panelist in Project Management and Corporate/Financial Management related topics at local and international conferences and corporate functions.
Dharshan is a Fellow member of CIMA (UK), A Chartered Global Management Accountant and holds an MBA from Leicester-UK. He was a Director of the Sri Lanka ICT Industry Skills Council, Executive Director of the Sri Lanka Association of Software and Service Industries (SLASSCOM) and the Convener of the CIMA Sri Lanka Thought Leadership Council.
