Smita Nepal is an Undersecretary in the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, Nepal, and is currently pursuing her PhD at the Queensland University of Technology. She has been involved in various research projects in the areas of inclusion and social justice. Her research interests include inclusive education, inclusive pedagogy, and teacher education. Smita's research expertise lies in qualitative research and specifically in analysing qualitative data using reflexive thematic approach.
