At APIIT, once you register in the respective degree programme also known as award, you can view the description, content, objectives, learning outcomes, assessment method, teaching hours and other details of each module via Module descriptors in different academic levels.
During the orientation programme, we provide you details of all academic support mechanisms and guidelines. When you have doubts about your module details, you can meet the relevant Module Lecturer or Level Administrators (one staff member of Academic Administration assigned to your batch) to clear your doubts.
Support for repeat exams: If you have repeat modules, you need to meet your Level Administrator in the Academic Administration to register for repeat modules. Academic support is available for your repeats and re-sits at all times and you can always < a href= "http://www.lms.apiit.lk/">contact your teaching faculty. APIIT Student Support, Counselling and Wellbeing Services provide you information and guidance on mental wellbeing matters needing support. Our counselling services provide an opportunity to talk to someone in a confidential and non-judgmental setting, enabling you to find ways of managing or overcoming your difficulties. Psychotherapy services support you to find a healing through non-medicative non-invasive therapies, allowing you to fulfill your potential in your studies and enjoy your time at the university.
With APIIT mental wellbeing and counselling team, help yourself identify possible wellbeing deteriorations and the help available, support yourself to manage an ongoing psychological challenges while you are in the university and provide yourself a platform to talk to someone with confidentiality.
