A local seasonal hotelier with 16+ years of experience in the business who gained his experience through well-known world wide hotel brands such as Hilton, Conrad, Four Seasons, One & Only. He also took part in 3 pre-openings in the Maldives with most recent assignment as a Resort Manager for 5Ai Lagoon Maldives, Curio Collection by Hilton.

Ibrahim Inaz hospitality background and experience covers Training and Quality Assurance, Human Resources and Operations. Some highlights of his past positions include Training Manager role at Hilton Maldives Iru Fushi Resort and Spa, Training and Quality Assurance Manager role at One & Only Reethi Rah, Learning Manager for Four Seasons Resort Kuda Huraa and Landaa Giraavaru.

He is the brains and managing director of the first Maldivian cuisine fine dining restaurant in the Maldives, Kalhu Odi. With an aim to deliver and share the journey of the rich taste of the Maldivian islands while spreading the culture. Intricate and elaborate interior design of the restaurant inspired from the rich tradition and culture of Maldives, Ibrahim Inaz was able to create a dynamic and innovative ambiance with Kalhu Odi.

He was the CHO – Chief Hospitality Officer for one of the largest government companies in the Maldives – Urbanco. He was in charge of the mega development and operation of Urban Isle (Tourism Island) Kudagiri, Dhiganerifalhu (National Marina), Farukolhufushi and Thanburudhoo Island. Currently the Managing Director of Ideas Maldives and sought after speaker, coach and Tourism Expert of Maldives Tourism.
