She currently serves as a Manager at an elder care home, where she oversees daily operations while ensuring the highest standards of care, compassion, and dignity for residents. Combining strategic management skills with psychological insight, Shehara is committed to fostering supportive environments that enhance the quality of life for the elderly.
In 2026, Shehara joined the APIIT Alumni Association with a strong belief in building meaningful connections and contributing positively to the alumni community.
