Dr Kaushali Amaradiwakara is an Applied Psychologist, Trainer, and an Educationist currently providing her leadership to the Student Support and Wellbeing Services Division of APIIT Sri Lanka that ensures wellbeing, inclusion, diversity, equity, student voice, and welfare of the community during their journey at the institution. Her contemporary research interests include Creative Psychotherapy and Applied Psychology in interdisciplinary research.

As a Mental Wellbeing Consultant, her expertise involves Applied Psychology, Young Adult Counselling, Psychotherapy, Wellbeing & Psychosocial Support Management, Educational Psychology, Grievance Management and Welfare. Her technical specialities involve Applied Psychology, Creative Psychotherapy, Behavioural Therapy, Instructional Psychology and Educational Product Designing,

In addition to her domain expertise and speciality, she is committed to nurturing future resilient leaders as the Founding Pillar Leader of Resolvers Club of Sri Lanka. She also contributes to the community as an event-hosting professional while advocating for stray animal adoption and rehabilitation.
