Ms. Thrisara Wickramasinghe is reading for her Ph.D. at the Faculty of Management and Finance, University of Colombo. Her doctoral research looks at the emotional regulation of multigenerational managers and management control practices in hybrid contexts. She holds a Master's Degree in Professional Accounting from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, awarded with distinction, and a BBA (Hons) in Business Administration from Sheffield Hallam University, UK. She has about eight years of experience in the field of education. Her teaching and research cover management accounting, business strategy, corporate governance, and research methodology. Earlier in her career she was a Research Assistant at the Postgraduate Institute of English, Open University of Sri Lanka, on the British Council-funded "Transform" peace-building project. She has also worked as a consultant for the British Council's Story Bank Research Project. She has presented her research at conferences in Sri Lanka and prestigious international platforms.
