Specialise in the latest technologies from the leading providers of Cloud Services globally such as Amazon AWS and Microsoft in order to make yourself ultra-employable and well versed in current standards.
Staffordshire University is a member of the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Academy programme and we have embedded the AWS Certified Solutions Architect knowledge within our course.
Throughout your degree, you will have the opportunity to learn a wide variety of transferable skills. These skills will be useful in Cloud Computing or any other career you may choose to pursue. Skills gained will include project management, independent working, team working and advanced computer literacy.

Admission Requirements
The minimum qualifications required for admission on the standard route are:
A. GCE Advanced Level
- Sri Lankan: 3 passes or
- London, Cambridge or Edexcel : 3 D passes or
- Any combination totalling to 12 points from the following tariff scheme:

You may apply pending A/L results. Applicants with additional qualifications may receive advanced entry.
Career Opportunities
Cloud Technologies graduates will find that there are many career opportunities available. You might choose to work for a business as a Consultant to help manage cloud storage or for a cloud provider. Alternatively, you could be self-employed and go into business to provide education and information around cloud computing.
